The Intelligence Layer

The pipes behind the metrics. We build the data pipelines and analytics your revenue decisions actually run on.

The Pipeline

Every System, One Warehouse

ERPPROVISIONINGFULFILLMENTSERVICEPSAPRODUCT BACKEND
Warehouse

Disparate systems, from ERP and provisioning to fulfillment, service, PSA, and the product backend, unified in one warehouse, surfacing the data that matters into Salesforce as a true customer 360. Then the same warehouse turns your selling exhaust into signal: price elasticity, average discount by selling motion, renewal behavior by segment.

Core Competencies

Where We Go Deep

Marketing Operations Engineering

Attribution models, campaign and engagement pipelines, and the operational plumbing that tells marketing what actually worked. Built in the warehouse, surfaced where marketers live.

Product Telemetry & Consumption

Usage events, metering, and consumption rating engineered as first-class data. The foundation for entitlement wallets, over-burn alerts, and usage-based pricing decisions.

Customer 360

Every system's view of the customer unified into one record of truth, surfaced into Salesforce for the teams who carry the number.

Use Cases and Wins

Two Engagements, In Detail

Marketing Attribution
Before

Attribution ran directly inside Salesforce: custom objects, opportunity influence records, and custom Apex stitched together the story of every touch. The Salesforce team carried the administrative burden, and marketing filed constant override requests to scrub the data.

Solution

Pipe raw engagement and pipeline data from Salesforce and the surrounding systems into the warehouse, where robust attribution models compute. Surface the results in Tableau, with levers to switch model lenses, drill into specifics, and run what-if scenarios.

Outcome

Business users self-serve the full narrative behind every deal and view it through different attribution lenses. Marketing operations hones the go-forward model, and marketing sees, on demand, where dollars create the most impact.

Self-Serve Consumption Wallet
Before

Self-serve and enterprise customers had no native way to see consumption against their credit entitlement. They asked CSMs and AEs for reports, and operations maintained an internal Tableau dashboard just so individual contributors could pull account data to share.

Solution

Migrate the final rating step into the warehouse and design a data architecture that serves as the source of truth for each customer's entitlement wallet. Embed that wallet in the product's My Account portal.

Outcome

Customers self-serve their consumption, receive over-burn alerts, and add credits without a sales touch.

Cost Engineering

Snowflake Cost Optimization, Engineered In

Snowflake bills by the second, and a running warehouse burns credits whether or not it's doing real work. We treat Snowflake credit optimization as an engineering discipline: warehouse right-sizing, auto-suspend, query design, and governance that someone actually owns, not a once-a-quarter bill review.

01

Warehouse Right-Sizing

Warehouse size should track scan volume and query complexity, not habit. Start small and scale up only when queries spill to disk or start missing their SLA, and segregate warehouses by workload, BI dashboards, ETL jobs, and data science notebooks on separate clusters, so one team never competes with another for the same credits.

02

Auto-Suspend Tuning

An idle warehouse still burns credits every second it's running. Snowflake allows auto-suspend down to 60 seconds, and setting it aggressively for bursty BI traffic eliminates idle burn without hurting the user experience, since auto-resume brings the warehouse back the moment the next query lands.

03

Query Engineering

Cost problems are usually query problems. We design clustering keys for pruning instead of full-table scans, fix the exploding joins and disk spillage a query profile exposes, and materialize hot aggregates so a dashboard refresh reads a precomputed table instead of recomputing the same rollup on every load.

04

Credit Governance

Resource monitors, per-team budgets, and chargeback visibility put consumption in the hands of the teams that create it. Cost regressions surface in the monitor as they happen, not three weeks later on the invoice.
