Every Role in the Reseller Stack
We have customers in every role of the reseller space. Vertical SaaS promised to run this industry and never finished the job. We consolidate the operation into Salesforce instead.

PO Architecture
A Salesforce native PO and PO line infrastructure that syncs and reverse syncs fulfillment details into Salesforce, driving billing and other downstream processes.
Four Calculators, One Quote Motion
A managed service provider ran fragmented systems for CRM and quoting, with external Excel calculators carrying solution engineering and design. Constant swivel-chairing, no source of truth, and every handoff in the selling process kept alive by manual communication.
The quoting system could not absorb the Excel calculators that drove most quoting inputs and product-selection logic. The quote-to-downstream handoff could not convey how managed service bundles were structured for PSA and billing, so people carried it by hand.
We implemented Revenue Cloud to replace the third-party quoting tool and four Excel calculators, consolidating opportunity through signature in native Revenue Cloud Quote and Contract. Revenue orchestration built a data model of the managed service bundles aligned to ServiceNow and the downstream systems, removing the manual back and forth.
Reduced time to quote delivery on a complex MSP quoting structure, and GTM visibility into the customer lifecycle: who owns what, forecasted renewals, and billing data directly in Salesforce.
