What You'll Do
- Design and ship agentic pipelines with customers, from renewal agents to consumption monitoring.
- Extend our reusable MCP framework and the agentic test harness.
- Sharpen the agentic capabilities inside Protocol and Liftoff.
- Build the evals and guardrails that keep agents trustworthy in revenue systems.
What You Bring
- 2+ years of prompt engineering or LLM API engineering, preferred.
- An AI-focused degree, preferred.
- Evidence you have shipped LLM-backed systems that real users depend on.
