All Things Revenue

Revenue Cloud is a platform, not a point solution. We build the full path from top of funnel to cash on Salesforce: lead and opportunity management, CPQ migration, catalog and pricing, quoting, contracts, billing, and revenue recognition.

Three Practices, One Revenue Stack

the core

Revenue Cloud

Lead, opportunity, catalog, pricing, quoting, contracts, billing, and renewals on Salesforce, built so the record moves from the top of the funnel to cash without manual repair.

the layer below

Data engineering & analytics

Integrations, pipelines, and the reporting layer. We're a Snowflake partner with SnowPro certifications on staff, and we build the warehouse your revenue decisions run on.

what's next

Agentic engineering

We're an Anthropic partner with certified architects, developers, and associates. We build the Agentforce and Claude workflows, MCP tooling, and evals that let your team run revenue from Slack.

01 · the scope

The Operational Core

CPQ isn't the whole conversation anymore. Revenue Cloud covers the operational core from first touch to cash, what Salesforce calls Revenue Lifecycle Management, and we implement every segment of it.

Top of Funnel

Connecting visitors and prospects to your customer data pipeline. We know the tooling, and we know the why and the how behind it.

Pipeline & Forecast

Our team comes from operations, so we help you engineer forecasting and attribution and end up with a pipeline you can defend to the board.

Monetization

Product to cash is our core competency, from established pricing and packaging to the flexibility a team heavy on experimentation needs. CPQ is the middle of this motion, not the whole thing.

Contract Lifecycle

Contracts tied to the transaction record, amendable, renewable, and co-termed from day one, with a clear line between what automation handles and what a person reviews.

Billing

Sales-led, product-led, partner channel, or all three. Invoicing, usage, and collections tie back to the order and feed the customer 360.

Support

Selling or renewing isn't the end of the lifecycle. On-platform service use cases plus provisioning, ERP, and ITSM integration on the same record.

02 · the mechanism

The Build Is Not the Burden

Most Revenue Cloud projects slow down in configuration, where every product and pricing change means clicking through the org one record at a time. We work differently. Your whole configuration lives in a workbook: pull it from the org, edit it where it's fastest to reason about, and push it back. Design iterations take hours instead of change requests.

Pull
Extract the full product and pricing configuration from your org into a workbook.
Modify
Design and edit the model in the workbook, where it's fastest to reason about.
Push
Load it back and iterate in hours, not change requests.

This is why we're so visual in discovery and design. We seed data, show you how it works, pull it down, and push it back up.

Build
We tell customers up front: projects stall in data and design, not build. That's where senior attention goes first, and the build itself is the predictable part.
Tooling we bring to every build
LIFTOFF

Liftoff

Our Revenue Cloud management copilot. Visualize the pricing waterfall, test scenarios against live APIs, and manage bundles from a chat. We built it because mapping one field through the lifecycle takes 42 manual steps.

PROTOCOL

Protocol

Spreadsheet-based migration through the official Revenue Cloud APIs. 20+ CPQ migrations delivered, including the multi-year ramps most paid tools don't support.

VARIABLE

Variable

Our reseller plugin: native IDP and OCR for vendor quotes, a vendor and distributor API harness, and PO architecture that syncs fulfillment back into Salesforce.

QUICKSTART

PS Quick Start

Fixed scoping for professional services teams, so the build is de-risked before it begins.

Implementation customers get free access to Protocol and Liftoff and a perpetual license.

03 · cpq to revenue cloud migration

More Than a Lift and Shift

A migration is the moment to fix the model, not preserve it. Protocol, our migration tool, moves the legacy transactions while the catalog and pricing change alongside.

01

A field-for-field CPQ map misses the point.

Copying the old objects into new ones preserves every leak you were paying to escape. We rationalize the products first, then map.

02

The product model gets a fresh look.

Pricing, quoting flows, and the catalog get re-architected on Revenue Cloud patterns: attribute-based products instead of exploded SKUs, and procedure plans instead of one giant pricing waterfall.

03

Protocol makes transformation the default.

Our migration tool reads a workbook and writes quotes or orders through the standard APIs, ramps and bundles included, so transformation stops being the expensive option.

Three Ways to Work With Us

we run it

White Glove

We staff a full team and run a standard implementation end to end. You get a cadence, a plan, and a go-live.

we build together

Hybrid

Your team is hands-on building pieces alongside ours, not just trained on what was built after the fact.

as much as you need

Architect as a Service

Dedicated Revenue Cloud resources embedded with your team, as much as you need them.

Not a yes partner

We want to help you see around the corners, bring our perspective, and be a strategic partner on your roadmap. Judgment that always agrees with you is worthless.

Questions We Actually Get

Q1

We're on Salesforce CPQ. Do we have to move to Revenue Cloud?

Salesforce put CPQ on end of sale in March 2025. Existing customers can keep renewing and are still supported, but no new licenses are sold and new development goes to Revenue Cloud, which Salesforce now markets as Agentforce Revenue Management. The timing is between you and Salesforce. Our position is that most migrations carry product rationalization and often pricing changes with them, and that transformation is what our team and Protocol are built for.

Q2

How long does a Revenue Cloud implementation take?

Average is 12 to 16 weeks across the practice. Tactical first phases land in 2 to 3 months, and full transformational programs run 9 to 10. Our fastest MVP went live in 6 weeks, inclusive of UX design and integration work.

Q3

Can you migrate us from Salesforce CPQ?

Yes. We've delivered 20+ CPQ to Revenue Cloud migrations, with Protocol handling legacy transactions including multi-year ramp deals and complex bundles.

Q4

Where do Revenue Cloud projects actually stall?

Two places: strategy around legacy data and the existing install base, and external ERP integrations for sales orders, fulfillment, and master data. We plan both from day one.

Q5

What does a Revenue Cloud implementation cost?

It depends on the engagement model. White glove is a full team on a fixed-scope implementation, hybrid splits the build with your team, and Architect as a Service is dedicated resources as much as you need them. We scope the first phase on a call and price it before anything starts.

Q6

Is the headless, Slack-based motion real today or still roadmap?

It's real today. We have live customers quoting, approving, and renewing from Slack and Claude, with Salesforce as the system of record behind the conversation. The Revenue Cloud APIs that make it work exist on day one of a clean implementation, and we run our own business this way.
