More and more, that includes the AI agents that do the work on top of those systems. When those systems work, deals close faster, cash comes in on time, and leadership can actually trust the forecast. When they don't, revenue leaks and someone ends up re-keying it by hand. That's the problem we solve.
We're not a one-platform shop. We go deep on Salesforce, and we work just as hard across data warehouses, integration platforms, custom apps, and agentic and communication layers, like Slack, where people actually get work done. Our clients range from fast-growing SaaS & AI companies to resellers, MSPs, and professional services firms. That means you won't get boxed into one tool or one way of doing things. On any given project you might be modeling pricing, building a pipeline into a warehouse, connecting an ERP, or shipping an agent that lets a sales rep quote right from Slack.
We run our own business the way we tell clients to run theirs. Small teams own engagements end to end, AI is part of how we deliver every day, and we're honest with each other about what's working and what isn't.
What you'll do
- Own the solution on your projects, from discovery through go-live
- Lead discovery and design sessions, and turn what you hear into a design the team can build from
- Guide the build team - set direction, review work, clear blockers - and step in to build when needed
- Design how systems connect, including integrations, data migration, and client-facing apps
- Support presales with demos, feasibility checks, and estimates
What you bring
- 4+ years on the Salesforce platform, with hands-on Revenue Cloud or CPQ delivery
- Strong in data modeling, Flow best practices, integration patterns, data migration, version control, and debugging
- Great time management and critical thinking - you look at the project as a whole, not just your ticket
- Proactive communication, empathy, flexibility, and the ability to negotiate with clients without burning the relationship
- You're comfortable across multiple clients and keep their environments, credentials, and context strictly separate
- You forecast your own availability accurately and raise the flag early when you're overallocated
- You use AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, Cursor) and review what they produce critically instead of shipping it blind
Nice to have
- Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional, CPQ Specialist, or Application/System Architect certifications
- MuleSoft, NetSuite, or other ERP integration experience
- Consulting background
Pay + benefits
Base salary: $130,000 - $155,000
