We go deep on Salesforce, and we work just as hard across data warehouses, integration platforms, custom apps, and agentic and communication layers, like Slack, where people actually get work done. Our clients range from fast-growing SaaS & AI companies to resellers, MSPs, and professional services firms. That means you won't get boxed into one tool or one way of doing things. On any given project you might be modeling pricing, building a pipeline into a warehouse, connecting an ERP, or shipping an agent that lets a sales rep quote right from Slack.
We run our own business the way we tell clients to run theirs. Small teams own engagements end to end, AI is part of how we deliver every day, and we're honest with each other about what's working and what isn't.
What you'll do
- Own the build on client engagements, from the first sprint through the production release
- Turn the solution design into a working system, and make the detailed calls on catalog, pricing, configuration, and custom code along the way
- Own releases end to end: environments, deployments, and getting to production cleanly
- Work directly with clients on your build - working sessions, demos, and handling pushback
- Help shape how the team builds with AI: the workflows, skills, and guardrails everyone uses
- Mentor engineers across the team and raise the bar through code review
What you bring
- 5+ years on the Salesforce platform, with multiple CPQ or Revenue Cloud implementations you can walk us through in detail
- Hands-on depth in Revenue Cloud pricing, catalog (PCM), and configurator, plus Apex, LWC, and Flows
- Real release experience: source control, sf CLI, sandbox to production, and CI/CD
- You can get dropped into a troubled build and stabilize it
- You're comfortable balancing multiple clients and giving honest capacity signals when things get tight
Nice to have
- Revenue Cloud Accredited Professional or CPQ Specialist certification
- Billing, order and asset lifecycle, or amend and renew experience
- You already use Claude Code (or similar) daily and have opinions about it
Pay + benefits
Base salary: $100,000 - $130,000
